Using this document, we are going to create a more clear vision of what your current goals are and the vision of the reality you want to create for your life.
We all have ideas. We all have dreams.
But to get there, we need to understand where you currently are today.
What are your current pains, what are your current struggles, what are your limiting beliefs and life situations that might keep you from getting to where you want to go?
Once we understand your current pains, we can understand more about both your short term and long term goals.
This program is designed to help you achieve “end goals.” This means the lifestyle and the emotional state you truly want to live in. End goals often revolve around health, wealth and relationships. What type of relationships do you want in your life? How do you want to feel? And what type of lifestyle do you desire not just for yourself but for your family, friends, community and partner?
By the end of this document, I want you to be super clear on:
- what you want
- what you are determined to create for yourself and your life.
- why you want to create it.
In fact, I want you to declare it to the universe.
Hi Universe, this is what I want _______, and this is why I’m determined to get it.
Clarity is what activates the law of attraction in your life.
There are several key areas of your life that you are looking to master, but the core of them are:
- Health
- Wealth
- Relationships
If you can master these three key areas of your life, it’s my belief that your life will begin to fall into place. But to get there takes time, energy, reflection, and recognizing where you might have habits that need to shift.
From Brian Tracy - Goals
Unlock Your Potential:
- Imagine that you have the inborn ability to achieve any goal you could ever set for yourself. What do you really want to be, have and do?
- What are the activities that give you your greatest sense of meaning and purpose in life?
- Look at your personal and work life today and identify how your own thinking has created your world. What should you, could you change?
- What do you think and talk about most of the time, what you want, or what you don’t want?
- What is the price you will have to pay to achieve the goals that are most important to you?
- What one action should you take immediately as the result of your answers to the above questions?
1) What are the two most consistent less than desirable emotions that you find are showing up in your life? For example, overwhelm, fear, stress.

3) What are 2 of the most stressful thoughts that consistently show up in your life? What triggers them? What does it make you feel or do?
4) What would be the antithesis of your old thought? What would be empowering instead?

This is your North Star. Your 111 year old version of yourself is telling you today how to become them. They are telling you all of the accomplishments you have made and the beautiful life you have lived, so what are they telling you?
Write this out as a letter to yourself telling you today how proud they are of you, what you became, and what you need to do to get to become them. Write it as if you are telling yourself how to fulfill your destiny.

How are you spending your time, what are you building, where are you traveling, what type of relationships are you having. This is your vision, be as detailed as you can be. This doesn’t just have to be business or relationship related, it can include bucket list items too like skydiving or climbing a challenging mountain.
14) What skills and talents do you need to learn to make that dream happen?
For instance, if you decided that climbing a mountain was part of your vision, maybe you need to take a training class and go to survival school.
